Return Policy
At A New Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of purchase/delivery for a full in-store credit or exchange.
Eligibility
Items must be returned in original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Gift items may be returned with a receipt or gift order number.
Final-sale/on-sale items, personalized items, used items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Extended Holiday Returns

Orders placed between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 — great for holiday gifting.
